Subject Matter

The Master's program teaches students the advanced knowledge required for a more research-oriented career in epidemiological disciplines, as well as the ability to develop and communicate scientific results.

Epidemiology examines the distribution and contributing factors of health-related conditions and events in the population and applies the knowledge thereby gained to manage health problems.

The goal of the program is to confidently analyze health challenges on a national and international level, plan and conduct studies, and implement their results.
